Dr. Heather, originally from Northern Ontario, completed her Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Guelph in preparation for obtaining her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the Ontario Veterinary College. After graduation, Heather moved to the Grey-Bruce area and built a well-rounded career working with both large and small animals. In recent years, she has focused her practice on companion animal care, with a special interest in dental procedures, soft tissue surgery and emergency medicine.

Heather enjoys building lasting connections with both pets and their people, and she is excited to bring her skills to the North Heritage team. Outside of the clinic, Heather loves spending time with her husband, their two young daughters, and their beloved family dog, Aspen. In her downtime, you’ll often find her cooking, adventuring outside, or playing board games with family and friends.
