Bailey was born and raised here in Grey and Bruce. She comes from a large family, which included many furry, feathery and scaly members - this is where her love for animals began! 

 

Since then, Bailey has been found volunteering at the local animal shelter, pet-sitting, dog walking and fostering rescues. In 2021, she graduated from the Veterinary Assistant program and became a member of the North Heritage team that same year. Areas of veterinary medicine that Bailey is most passionate about include animal enrichment, behaviour, and welfare. 

 

Bailey lives in Leith with her fiancé Keith. In her spare time, you can find Bailey spending time with family, experimenting with new recipes, practicing yoga, camping, or travelling the world.
