Dr. Vamplew resides in Owen Sound with her husband and children. She started working for North Heritage Animal Hospital as an undergraduate student and returned to join the North Heritage team in 2009 after graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College.

She has a special interest in dental and soft tissue surgery and enjoys getting to know new patients in kitten and puppy appointments while promoting low stress veterinary visits.

Outside of work she enjoys being outdoors, reading, hiking and spending time with family and friends. She currently lives in Owen Sound with her husband.  They have a soft spot for amputee pets and lives with 2 three legged cats, Harriet the hound, and Henry the 3 legged hound.
